MAX PUZZLES  ·  Android package com.max.puzzles.pro
Effective date: 17 September 2026  ·  Last updated: 17 September 2026

In short. MAX PUZZLES is a casual puzzle game. We do not ask you to create an account, we do not ask for your name, email address or phone number, and your game progress stays on your device. The game is free and supported by advertising: the advertising partners listed below may collect device and usage data to serve and measure ads. You can control this at any time from your device settings and from the in-app consent options where offered.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the “GDPR”) and of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (“LOPDGDD”) is:

Spain is our main establishment, so our lead supervisory authority is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, “AEPD”).

2. Scope of this policy

This policy explains how personal data is handled when you use the mobile game MAX PUZZLES (the “Game”), distributed through Google Play. It applies to the Game only. It does not apply to Google Play itself, or to any other website, app or service you may reach from an advertisement, each of which has its own privacy policy.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Information we ask you for: none

The Game has no registration, no login and no user profiles. We do not ask for and do not collect your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, photographs, contacts, calendar, microphone or camera data, or precise GPS location. The Game requests no runtime permissions of this kind.

3.2 Information collected automatically to show advertising

The Game is free of charge and is funded by advertising. When advertisements are displayed, our advertising partners (see section 7) act as independent controllers or as processors and may collect and process the following categories of data directly from your device:

CategoryExamples
Advertising identifier Google Advertising ID (GAID / AAID), and your “Opt out of Ads Personalisation” setting
Device and technical data Device manufacturer and model, operating system and version, system language, screen size and resolution, available memory and storage, battery level, time zone, mobile network operator and connection type (Wi-Fi / mobile)
Network data IP address, from which an approximate (city or region level) location may be derived. We do not receive or use precise GPS location.
App and advertising activity App version and package name, session start and end, which advertisements were requested, shown, completed or closed, and basic performance and crash diagnostics

We do not receive this data in a form that identifies you personally. We see only aggregated reports (for example, how many advertisements were shown and the revenue generated).

4. Data that stays on your device

Your game progress, scores and settings are stored locally on your device using standard Android storage. This information is not transmitted to us and is not stored on our servers. It is deleted when you uninstall the Game. If you have Android Auto Backup enabled for the Game, a copy may be stored in your own Google account under Google's privacy policy, which we cannot access.

5. Why we process data and our legal bases

PurposeLegal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
Displaying personalised advertising and measuring its performance Your consent — Art. 6(1)(a). You may withdraw it at any time.
Displaying non-personalised (contextual) advertising, which is what makes the Game available free of charge Legitimate interests — Art. 6(1)(f): funding a free game. Limited data is used and no advertising profile is built.
Detecting and preventing fraud, invalid traffic and technical abuse; keeping the Game stable and secure Legitimate interests — Art. 6(1)(f): protecting the integrity of the service and of our advertising partners.
Complying with legal obligations and responding to lawful requests Legal obligation — Art. 6(1)(c).

6. Advertising and your choices

You are in control of how your data is used for advertising:

7. When we share information

Beyond the advertising partners described above, we disclose information only where we are legally required to do so — for example, in response to a valid request from a court, a public authority or a supervisory authority — or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

8. International data transfers

Some of our advertising partners are established outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is protected by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by appropriate safeguards under Article 46 of the GDPR, typically the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with supplementary technical and organisational measures. You may request further information about these safeguards using the contact details in section 14.

9. How long data is kept

10. Children

The Game is not directed to children and is not intended for them. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Under Spanish law (Article 7 LOPDGDD), the processing of a minor's personal data on the basis of consent is only lawful from the age of 14; below that age, the consent of a parent or guardian is required. In other EEA countries this age limit ranges from 13 to 16 years.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal data through the Game, please contact us at the address in section 14 and we will take steps to have the data deleted.

11. Your rights under the GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

To exercise these rights, write to us at magmaglobaldevelopers@gmail.com. Because the Game holds no account and no directly identifying data, we may need additional information from you — such as your advertising ID — in order to locate any data relating to you. If we cannot identify you, we may be unable to act on the request (Article 11 GDPR). We will respond within one month, which may be extended by two further months for complex requests.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es. You may also complain to the authority in your country of residence or place of work.

12. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including transmitting data over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and keeping the amount of data collected to a minimum. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Game, in our partners or in applicable law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always shows the current version. If we make a material change, we will provide a more prominent notice, for example inside the Game. Continuing to use the Game after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
